Job Description

Success will require working collaboratively with Global Employee Support (GES) management, stakeholders across the HR, and control function partners with a critical eye for problem solving.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare materials for and coordinate agenda for weekly and monthly management forums (i.e., Operations meetings, Town Hall, Offsite, PMO, ad-hoc management meetings).
  • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
  • Oversight of all Executive Management Reporting across BAU Operations, Metrics, Projects and risk and control
  • Drive regional engagement with stakeholders, working closely with regional GES leads to execute deliverables in support of the Global Employee Services agenda
  • Drive key regional and global strategic projects to deliver quality and controlled process changes that delivery excellent employee experience.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
  • Compose internal communication drafts related to internal processes, events and developments
  • Manage multiple concurrent operational changes/ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development and business analysis
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
  • Develop & implement consistent metrics that will contribute to better efficiency and control decisions
  • Coordinate budget, costing and resource planning activities

  • Superior judgment and discretion working with both confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong technical skills in Powerpoint, Excel and Sharepoint would be an advantage
  • Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree required
  • Investment Banking experience preferred
  • Experience working with remote teams preferred
