Our Branch Manager, NT will be plan and direct the operational activities of our Darwin branch to achieve business goals and profit targets.

Role Overview

  • Ensure that assigned operational responsibilities and activities obtain maximum field force efficiencies
  • Direct and lead and support the Local Darwin Fire Team ensuring delivery of the business plan and objectives
  • Look to develop multi-technical service opportunities, particularly in terms of HVAC and Electrical services
  • Contribute to the annual business plan, objectives and the supporting budget to deliver the agreed revenue and profit growth targets of the Branch
  • Foster strategic customer relationships within key market segments to market the business as a preferred service provider within the industry
  • Create new and existing business sales opportunities through continous relationship development
  • Provide support and direction to sales and account management teams to achieve growth targets and financial goals
  • Skills and experience

  • Current market experience, 10-15 years relevant work experience in the Fire Protection Services industry
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity
  • A track record of team building and business growth within the mechanical and/or fire services business would be highly regarded
