Would you like to be part of a dedicated and passionate team? A fantastic opportunity exists for a Client Partner to join our Business Development division at our Victorian Office on a Permanent Full-Time basis, working 38 hours a week. 

Reporting to the Senior Client Partner Manager, you will be responsible for sustaining and increasing Sonic Health Plus’ strong client relationships and networks. In addition, the right candidate will be able to attract clients into the Clinical environment and continually, promote Occupational Health.


The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating and supporting Corporate and Remote Occupational Health programs
  • Key point of contact for all client queries
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • New business development
  • Implementation of new business opportunities, propositions, sales methods, and liaisons
  • Management of national occupational health contracts and service delivery
  • Maintenance of CRM
  • Delivery of health and wellness initiatives & training services
  • Event Coordination and support
  • Management of promotions and events

    You will be a team player who knows how to identify and capture business opportunities, present yourself in a professional manner and possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Other requirements as follows:

  • Ability to use your own initiative, problem solve, work unsupervised, be particular and take pride in all aspects of your work
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating service initiatives, business development and be keen to support occupational health operations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
