About the Role and You
The main role is care co-ordination and previous experience in HIV Medicine or care co-ordination is preferred. The position is funded at the Grade 4 level and reports to the director of HIV Medicine. Monash Health has approximately 350 patients living with HIV from a diversity of backgrounds and including both children and adults, and people living in metropolitan and rural settings.
Experience in the area or a background in care co-ordination of very complex patients would be highly valued in an application.
