  • Job Brief
    The Debt Collections Clerk – 1st contact is responsible for identifying dishonoured payments and contacting the relevant customer as soon as possible to resolve. In the event that the issue cannot be resolved within 14 days, a detailed file is to be supplied back to the office manager for further action. The position requires you to be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of working remotely from an office.
