About the role:

WooliesX is looking to further expand its Digital Operations team with the appointment of the Digital Ad Operations Coordinator. Reporting into the Head of Digital Media Operations, you will be responsible for the end to end campaign delivery for both our in-house marketing activities as well as all of our external advertising partners. Your mission is to develop world class experiences for our customers. This role is key in driving the future of the WooliesX digital media ambition as a tier 1 digital publisher and is a critical role in building and developing the operational backbone of this new enterprise. 

This role is a permanent role located in our Surry Hills office 2 minutes walk from Central Station. 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:  

  • Implementation and management of all digital advertising campaigns including campaign setup, delivery and reporting
  • Optimise campaigns including reviewing reports and providing suggestions for improved campaign performance 
  • Provide a high level of service to both internal and external clients to ensure issues and enquiries are managed quickly and to the satisfaction of our clients
  • Drive the efficiency improvement of revenue operations: on-time launches, restriction of campaign under-delivery, optimal plans for operational success, accurate client reporting templates, etc
  • Complete quality assurance and testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality across browsers
  • Manage ad pricing and yield optimization through the approved rate card, including all related internal and external approval processes 
  • Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital media operations at publisher, ad network or SSP
  • Proficiency with ad serving systems such as GAM, DBM, DCM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Sizmek
  • Knowledge of Tag Management systems and creative troubleshooting experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, 3rd party ad tags, and other forms of digital ad code
  • Previous experience handling advertising campaigns and campaign delivery
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure
