About the Role
Based in our National Administration Centre in the Adelaide CBD, the Employment Services Administration (ESA) Manager will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 35 ES Administrators and 2 Team Leaders. This role will be to support all Workskil Australia’s sites and programs nationally by offering exceptional customer service and administrative functions to all of our internal and external customers. This role involves strong leadership to build the capacity of the team whilst supporting the Team Leaders with people management matters as they arise. This role requires someone who enjoys coaching, training, motivating and supporting a team, whilst taking a hands-on approach to support the overflow of workload and day to day functions.
This role is being offered on a full-time ongoing basis and hours can be negotiated at the interview stage, noting all Workskil Australia roles will work across a 9 day fortnight allowing a Wellbeing day once a fortnight.

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
