About the role
This newly created position plays a technical lead for a portfolio of product innovation projects. It works as an integral part of a cross functional team launching new beverage innovation for various brands. This role can be based in either Adelaide or the Barossa Valley.
Reporting to the GM Product Innovation (Supply) this role will:
Tertiary qualified in Science/Food/Engineering you will have proven new product development in the beverage / alcohol industry and demonstrable knowledge of food safety laws and legislative requirements for beverage products. This will compliment your good process innovation and new equipment application capability and strong fermentation knowledge/experience. You will be able to work across multiple projects globally and will be adept at delivering in a fast-paced environment.
