About the Opportunity

Located at Echuca, this position will appeal to a dynamic personality who is prepared to work closely with our operations, engineering and maintenance teams during a period of significant expansion. You will be key in ensuring a safe environment for employees and contractors as we install new lines and expand our production workforce.

In this role you will:

  • Ensure employees and contractors understand and comply with HSE requirements,
  • Undertake pro-active risk assessments on new and existing equipment,
  • Lead and participate in safety investigations to implement preventative and corrective actions,
  • Drive the company safety agenda through clear communication and engaging the site team.
  • Nurture a winning safety culture.
  • The successful candidate will possess:

  • Appropriate OHS education (tertiary preferred) and knowledge of Australian OHS regulations.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role,
  • Performance-driven and able to work well under pressure combined with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at any given time,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
