We currently have an opportunity for a super-efficient administration professional to support the success of our Insurance Brokers.

About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Account Manager Insurance Broker, the focus of this role is to provide brokers with efficient support to ensure the ongoing growth of the portfolio. In addition, you will:

  • Manage a small portfolio of insurance clients, including administration of renewals, endorsements, remarkets and new business.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of larger renewals, endorsements, remarkets and new business managed by a senior broker.
  • Provide phone-based customer support and manage customer queries including the completion of alteration and quotation requests along with other compliance documentation.
  • Develop your market knowledge and expertise in farm, commercial & domestic insurance.
  • If you’re someone who likes more responsibility, there is the potential for this role to evolve into an Account Executive within a short period of time. As an Account Executive, you would manage a small portfolio of insurance clients, including administration of renewals, endorsements, remarkets and new business.

    About You:

    To be successful you will demonstrate experience in a similar administration role within financial services and ideally with strong insurance knowledge including a Tier 1 – Broking qualification. You will:

  • Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role.
  • Be a self-starter, who can work unsupervised, with a hands-on approach to your work.
  • Have a high attention to detail.
  • Deliver great customer service and be able to confidently liaise with our customers and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Complete your work to high standards.
  • Possess proficiency with IT Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
