    The NDIS Intake Worker is vital to the success of the Local Area Coordination program. Intake is a participant’s first point of contact with our program providing vital initial communication, information provision, and appointment management responsibilities for the area. The Intake Worker will also undertake a small caseload of participants when required.

    To be successful in this position, you must possess:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in administration tasks;
  • Ability to use customer management databases effectively;
  • Ability to communicate with diverse individuals;
