Reporting of the role

This role reports directly to the Director.

  • You will join an exciting relatively new agency, powered by GroupM, created specifically to service LVMH Group and their Maisons across the Asia Pacific region. You will work directly with the LVMH Maison marketing team in Sydney. You will be connected to a fluid and fast-moving regional team that will support and nurture your development with training, mentorship, and constant feedback. You will be set up for success.
    2. You will deliver media development and implementation for iconic Maisons in a hyper-competitive, fast-paced environment that represents the absolute pinnacle of luxury marketing.     3. You will be supported with the cutting-edge planning and optimisation tools, and reporting processes that are designed to maximise output and minimise the drudgery. You will be judged by your work - and this role will enable you to do the best work of your career

  • Measures of success

    In three months:
  • Dive into the category history, the Maison's product lines (past, present, future) to inform their media channel usage and evolution.
  • Become fully up-to-speed in the Australian luxury media landscape, and competitor media landscape specifically, having met with all relevant stakeholders and media partners - with a large focus on the strategic us of digital and social.
  • Be completely fluent in the language of L'Atelier, systems and processes - to ensure flawless execution of Maison's traditional, digital and social campaigns.
  • Deliver best-in-class digital execution that allows flawless campaign delivery for Maison

  • In six months:
  • Deliver best-in-class implementation planning cases that bolster the L'Atelier proposition in Australia
  • Worked on category trends & insights thought-pieces that keep the Maisons team in Sydney and the L'Atelier team across the region, up-to-date on all things 'luxury in Australia'.
  • You will be an integral component of the L'Atelier regional community, leveraging youth and experience of 'new luxury' to inspire your colleagues around the region to 'think young'.

  • Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Digital evolution: you will be driven to understand insights and learning from previous campaigns to inform future decision
  • Deliver best-in-class media implementation that bolsters the L'Atelier proposition in Australia
  • Digital knowledge: you understand the Australian digital landscape, buying/evaluation principles and tools required to both plan and implement campaigns (DCM, Facebook Business Manager, Youtube, Sizemek)
  • Category Passion: you will avidly follow the catwalk shows of Paris and Milan, recognising the work of designers by reading their artistry in the forms and flows of new collections, and following the reactions in Australia's media. You are responsible for knowing more about 'street couture', luxury influencers, and emerging trends than anyone else in Australia.
  • Project and People Management: You will need to manage yourself to ensure resources are always optimised in the right places, that you're motivated and happy, and that deliverables are met on time and above expectations. This is a careful balance.

  • You are well versed in the Australian digital landscape

  • You have personal points of view on what the future of luxury looks like in Australia
