The National Content Manager is a pivotal role within our Creative Content Production team and wider business, jointly responsible for the successful delivery of campaigns.
Their role is an integral part of every shoot and content led campaign we deliver being one of the senior points of contact for all stake holders including internally, client, agency village, production houses and suppliers.
The role requires strong leadership skills, directly managing the teams work day-to-day and managing all other stakeholders involved in a campaign including maintaining schedules, project plans, budgets, and overall reporting.
As with every facet of the business, collaboration is a vital component of the role requiring strong communication skills and exemplary inter-personal skills.The role requires the ability to work well under pressure, and as a senior member of the Studio team, they will always be required to exemplify Initiative’s behaviours and drive quality of work.
The National Content Manager is a highly skilled senior producer with experience in all areas of production from brief to content delivery.The NCM is a confident communicator able to work across a variety of production roles, both autonomously and as part of a team.
The NCM is a problem solver with an immaculate attention to detail across every detail of the departments production projects.Serving as the agencies 'go-to' for all production questions and briefs. As an experienced producer the NCM knows how to navigate any production query and does so with a can-do confidence.
Ensuring the best production quality output across all video content.
Taking on large shoots and campaigns from beginning to end
Be familiar with all aspects of production admin; call sheets, scheduling, permits, equipment hire, filming visas, insurance etc.
Producing shoots in collaboration with external Directors and Production Companies.
Working closely with the creative and account management teams to ensure all work is created efficiently and on time, with streamlined processes, and creatively crafted to the highest standard.
Providing clear communication of creative feedback to client, postproduction team and Director.
Creating comprehensive and accurate production estimates.
Leading finance processes – creating estimates, POs, adding new suppliers, running reports.
Financial management and revenue reporting to Head of Studio
Becoming a confident user of Vantage – our financial operating system.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 5-6yrs events & activations experience.
Exceptional relationships skills that leads to client retention & or new business.
8 years+ industry experience with agency and production experience a must.
Ability to manage multiple productions at once and deliver on key milestones and on budget across all.
High level of experience in creation and leadership of content.
Senior production management (casting, locations, crew facilitation, call sheets, scheduling, financial processing, filming permits, filming visas etc.).
Ability to problem solve quickly and calmly.
Knowledge and understanding of camera technology.
High level of attention to detail.
A nice person who is keen to get stuck in.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate production requirements to achieve complex creative concepts.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work in a multi-discipline collaborative environment.
