About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our experienced and growing team!
The role will involve initially getting involved in tendering and pre-contracts. Taking projects from tender stage through to delivery.
Working away is required when delivering projects - typical roster being 11 days on, 3 days off and occasionally 3 weeks on 1 week off depending on the project. Uplift of between 10% - 20% is paid while working away as well as living away from home allowance (LAFA).
Projects include transmission lines and substations with the typical project value being between $5M and $35M.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will be degree qualified in Engineering with relevant experience in a similar role either in the Utilities or Construction industries.
You will have a strong knowledge of PMBOK and understanding of how to deliver a project safely, on time, budget and to a high level of quality.
With experience in tendering, pre-contracts, and project delivery, you will be confident liaising with multiple stakeholders and the ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads & frequent changes in priorities.
