Core responsibilities:
•Act as the Senior relationship manager for existing Custody & Fund Services clients across Australia & NZ.
•Communicate with existing & prospect clients on Commercial, Legal & high level product and service capabilities matters of J.P. Morgan Security Services.
•Partner with the broader Sales/RM team in Australia to understand client needs and develop appropriate product solutions in collaboration with client service, product, operations and technology to optimize product and service delivery
•Responsibility for handling the banks client administrative matters including KYC & Compliance/Regulatory support for the clients under coverage.
Responsibility for tracking of revenue and client profitability of the clients under coverage including detailed annual account planning at each client name.

Requirement
Experience as a Relationship Manager/Account Manager or similar function within a financial services organization is preferred
•Knowledge on global custody, fund services and other securities service product and industry is preferred
•Team player but also be able to work independently (self-starter)
•Strategic thinking with strong analytical (statistical analysis) and research skills
•Detail orientated
•Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
•Strong Microsoft office skills
•Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple deliverables
Ability to set annual revenue targets and articulate a detailed path to achieving set target.
