  • The role:

    This role will act as a key contributor to optimising the branded website digital sales experiences to help achieve revenue targets through digital channels. 

    You will work with the broader Digital Distribution team to deliver a superior digital customer experience for the Suncorp brand and across digital assets. This includes Homepage and Product page redesign, tests, navigation to self-service functions, pathways to quote, contact us section optimisation, AEM platform advancement.

    You will be working closely with the Product team, Analytics, Marketing, Delivery Managers, Contact Centre, UX Designers, Developers, BAs, Tech Leads, and QAs to deliver an outstanding digital sales experience. 

    Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Manage the Conversion/Personalisation/Testing programs across the Suncorp website.
  • Work with teams to support the building and execution of the brand aligned strategy and program of work for the improvement of the Suncorp website.
  • Fully leverage the AEM platform with which the websites sit, to ensure we’re optimising all capabilities and components
  • Ensure the delivery of functional and technical components and website content through working with Technology & Transformation and content management teams to execute
  • The subject matter expert in relation to UX, UI, navigation, design, content and platform capabilities, automation and personalisation with the ability to represent this expertise across functions.
  • Utilise digital analytics platforms to test and learn and to drive continuous improvement in relation to the AAMI and Suncorp website optimisation.
  • Ensure the Delivery of initiatives in relation to Website production, with a focus on robust execution, including ensuring acceptance criteria are appropriate and proactively fulfilling UAT, PVT and release day activities.
  • Address production issues as they arise rand undertake remediation.
  • Ensure website outages or issues are limited in duration, and IRIIS are resolved efficiently if they should occur
  • Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in Digital domain, across Design/UX, Conversion, digital best practice.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Customer experience management.
  • 2+ years’ experience in project or initiative delivery 
  • A proven background in a digital product ownership or digital optimisation role
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess an understanding the Agile principles
  • Familiar with JIRA, Confluence and Project Management tools
