Senior Program Manager
The position of Senior Program Manager forms a part of the Jobs Victoria branch of the Employment and Inclusion group. Jobs Victoria provides services to support and connect jobseekers and employers. We offer advice and information to jobseekers and work with a network of Partners throughout the state to help people get job-ready through mentoring, training and development.
The position will work closely with funded agencies, and internal and external stakeholders, to deliver programs under Jobs Victoria. The Senior Program Manager manages a small team responsible for delivering programs supporting job-seekers to gain employment and is a senior member of the programs team.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, excellent program development delivery and communication skills, demonstrated people management and leadership skills along with a good understanding of the Victorian Government's priorities for employment and job creation.
