Better starts and ends with the customer In this role, you will provide tailored service and be a main point of contact for key clients, supporting the client as required. You will be specializing in post-payment queries, targeting real-time resolution and striving for continuous improvement and service excellence. Ensuring full alignment with all operational areas and workflow management to ultimately deliver first class service for every transaction throughout the clients lifecycle will be your key responsibility. You will also be working closely with go to market stakeholders in coordinating new solutions for key vertical markets and ensure the go to market owner is aware of any opportunities or risks. For this role, you will need 3+ years’ of experience in fast paced environment and client-facing function preferably within the financial services sector. You should have a passion for excellence in customer service and customer management along with proven track record for embedding this passion in team culture. You should have excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to network and build internal and external relationships at all levels. Effective time management skills and solid computer skills with the ability to use MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.
