We currently have a great opportunity for a Site Administrators and Mobilisation Coordinators to join a large construction project. Initially you'll be based in Brisbane (for 1-2 months) before going to site in Adelaide (Olympic Dam) on a 3:1 roster.

As a Site Administrator with Monadelphous you will carry out a wide range of task which will include:

  • Timesheet processing
  • Data entry from variety of information sources
  • Payroll entry and processing
  • Subcontractor claim review & payment
  • Invoicing
  • Roster management / accommodation and flight bookings
  • Source quotes and raise supply requisitions
  • Receiving / dispatching freight
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Document control
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

  • What you will bring

  • Minimum of 2 years site/project-based administration experience
  • Flexibility to occasionally work in different locations
  • Ability to work as part of a team, and autonomously
  • Professional interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet business critical deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft software packages
  • Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work produced
