About the role

As the Supply Chain Inventory Controller, you will work closely with a large and inclusive team of technical experts focused on success. You will provide timely procurement of Breakdown Spares (BDS) and management of Repairable items/ Support and Test Equipment (S&TE) within the operations, material support and logistics team.

Reporting to the Team lead Richmond, Warehouse, this role delivers technical services to internal and external customers within the integrated C-130J Supply Chain team under Lockheed Martin leadership.

This will include:

  • Aid in the development of annual procurement plans, annual maintenance plans and their associated budgets
  • Manage, monitor and ensure sufficient spares levels are available to support activities required within the DASR 145 local customer.
  • Ability to monitor and achieve KPIs and service targets
  • Conformance to fir-for-purpose CLM processes, systems & tools
  • About you

    To be successful in this role, it is a requirement to be able to work in a team environment, have well developed relationship skills as well as good verbal and written skills. You will need to be someone who is able to work autonomously and to tight deadlines and work comfortably in a continuous improvement work environment. The skills and experience best suited to this role:

  • Manage an effective spares pipelines for BDS spares and Repairable Items/S&TE
  • Liaise with customers and supplier regard BDS issues
  • Able to contribute to performance reporting including KPI management, data and analysis; including timeliness of supply data
  • Able to maintain data integrity within MILIS, SAP and other relevant systems
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction
