About the Role

We’re looking for a Storyteller and you just might fit the bill! What’s a Storyteller? Someone who delights in discovering and telling stories, whether it’s to our customers, our franchisees, or to media. One day you might be reviewing sales data to find media hooks, the next, creating a hype reel for our franchisees. We’ve deliberately called this role ‘Storyteller’ as it’s more than copywriting (although writing is a big part of the role). We need our Storyteller to understand the DNA of the Priceline brand and be responsible for communicating our CVP to our customers through myriad of channels. You will be constantly thinking of new and topical ways to differentiate the Priceline Pharmacy brand through content, and you will be the brand custodian of our tone of voice and archetypes.

You will have significant communications experience and will be required to be hands on as well as provide counsel to the wider Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a channel agnostic, always on content plan which positions Priceline Pharmacy as a health and beauty retailer, highlighting the brand’s products, services & community initiatives
  • Work with the broader Priceline team to identify content opportunities
  • Work with the broader Marketing team to ensure this content is effectively shared and planned across other paid, owned & earned assets
  • Work closely with the relevant Brand & Media Managers to manage quarterly magazine production with publishing agency, including briefing insights, coordinating talent quotes and proofing and approving copy
  • Lead creation of educational video content for major seasonal campaigns & work cross functionally with Social Media & Digital Content team to execute
  • Review key customer communications to ensure they’re grammatically correct, align to the brand belief and always have a touch of magic
  • Create content for Priceline Pharmacy Franchise Conference, including hype reels and internal update videos
  • Content creation for key PR initiatives
  • Oversee PR Coordinator’s & Content Coordinator’s tactics
  • About you

    Our ideal candidate will have:

  • PR, Communications or Journalism degree (or equivalent Business degree)
  • 8+ years’ communications experience
  • Exceptional copywriting ability that can be tailored to different audiences (customers, franchisees, media)
  • Experience in creating news hooks and compelling content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in writing media releases
  • A creative thinker who challenges the status quo and implements new ways of working to drive customer value & improve performance
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Experience in juggling multiple projects and under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work cross functionally and build strong internal relationships
