The role

  • Management to ensure that all campaigns are monitored for each client, resolving issues and negotiation compensation when required
  • Quality controlling of all buys that you work on and oversee.
  • Ownership of campaign management including delivery on communication goals and administration relating to the buying process i.e TARPs, Reach, CPMs, etc.
  • Report to campaign delivery and provide ongoing insights that improve campaign performance
  • Ensuring all financial commitments (volume, share) to media are effectively monitored and managed for each of your clients and/or campaigns.
  • All appropriate documentation is delivered in a timely (and quality) manner – including but not limited too Final Buys, Post Analysis demonstrating insights, analysis where required.
  • Consistently deliver and document added value, identifying contractual value vs. secured additional value
  • Monitor network volume and share tracking, delivering on contractual commitments
  • Consistent delivery and up-keep of weekly admin tasks, including performance tracking, Holdings, Weekly post summaries, Makegoods and managing the assistant to ensure tasks are met.
  • The training and development of the Assistant, in conjunction with the senior team members.
  • Requirements:

  • High levels of attention to detail and organisation.
  • 2-3 years of experience of relevant media experience
  • Strong presenter to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of media buying and media trends
  • Time management skills
  • Positive attitude and cope well with pressure
