This role works closely with the HR and Talent team advising the business on employment legislation, risks, HR practices, and processes, focusing on developing, leading, and implementing key projects to create a positive employee relations environment that builds capability across the group.
Advise and issue resolution on escalated inquiries in line with People and Culture’s service delivery model
Conduct and support escalated investigations and mediation to resolve complex employment matters
Coach and develop people leaders and HR and ensure seamless escalation across
Assist in the development and writing of appropriate policies, programs, and procedures
Use your leadership and mentorship skills to drive employee relations and broader P&C learning and development
You will have previous experience working in a complex organisation where you have focused heavily on employee relations across diverse functions
Tertiary Qualifications in law, human resources, or related discipline (essential)
Your key strengths will be your commercial acumen, analytical skills, and your ability to influence and manage relationships with stakeholders in an evolving environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to achieve agreed outcomes
Demonstrated ability to work within and adapt to a changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
